- 4. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
- 6. but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary.

- 8. He said, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation. He is my stronghold, my refuge and my savior from violent people you save me."
- 9. Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
- 10. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
- 11. Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
