- 16. Tech has checked out and the job is complete. RSC must review for completion notes, signature, IVR, pricing, etc. RSC can switch to another status base if job is not complete or additional information is needed.
- 17. Tech has checked out and a quote is needed. RSC to gather information to prep the quote either from tech or sub.

- 1. Work Order is ready to move to billing stage. All items must be done. IVR use properly, material/equipment cost entered, complete ticket attached, pictures (if applicable), clear and concise notes explaining what the tech/sub did to repair the issue.This is one of the most important status' we have.
- 3. Tech is driving to the location of the work order he is assigned to.
- 4. Awaiting quote approval from the customer and the job is not complete
- 6. Tech has arrived on site
- 10. All quote information is either attached or posted in a Quote note in X Factor. RSA/ RSC needs to write the proposal now.

- 12. Tech has checked out and needs to return to the location to complete the job.
- 14. Need to research, find, and order parts.
- 15. Proposal has been approved by the client. Can also be used when a RSC needs to schedule a tech or sub.
