- 1. these are just the right challenge for me. do a push up but on a elevated surface to make it easier
- 3. its defiantly one of the harder exercises but a good one too. lie down and try to sit up without your hands
- 5. I like this one because it's easy to do anywhere. run in place but bring your knees higher than ussual
- 9. this is a classic exercise but a really easy one, good for a warm up. jump and spread your arms and legs then bring them back and repeat
- 11. this one is good because it has so many variations. lie down and curl your head to your knees
