  1. 3. The portion of disposable that pays for the equipment on a usage agreement.

  8. 15. The tiered penalty fee in our PPA to help protect Stryker in case a customer wanted to cancel the agreement.
  9. 16. This team is responsible for the creation of all executable Flex contracts.
